For the first time in Bulgaria Green Balkans NGO in partnership with ACCOBAMS will organise the event at town of Pomorie, Pomorie Lake Visitor centre on 5 June at 11 am.
The initiative for celebrating a Cetaceans Day is by ACCOBAMS (Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and contiguous Atlantic Area) Permanent Secretariat.
Green Balkans NGO as ACCOBAMS Partner will organise an event for the first time in Bulgaria to celebrate the day at Pomorie town in Pomorie Lake visitor centre on 5 June 2015 at 11 am. The day coincides with the Environment Day so we will celebrate both.
Adults and children are all invited to learn from the special presentations about the three marine mamal species found in the Black Sea and methods for their study. All participants will have the chance to see our permanent exhibition Black Sea Cetaceans and to learn what we do for conservation of these special animals.
