Dear friends,
Here is petition started by people interested in Pomorie Lake conservation. They contacted Green Balkans NGO and asked for support in outreach of their effort. Green Balkans NGO supports their effort as it is complementing the long term conservation program run by the NGO for the site to preserve the lagoon as wetland of international importance and protected area - part of global nature heritage. You can join the petition and promote it by printing it and collecting as many supporters as possible.

Please return collected signatures to GB office, c/o Dimitar Popov (dpopov@greenbalkans.org). We will pass these to organisers of petition thus strengthening it and raising the issue to both national authorities and international organisation (Ramsar, European Commission, etc.).
