On May 7, a Green Balkans’ team visited the Barbatus Student Ecological Club in Stara Zagora. The club brings together young adults who share a common passion for nature and actively participate in activities related to its conservation. The goal was to conduct training in environmental and ocean literacy for young adults, which is carried out within the framework of the EOL project.
That's why, it is not surprising that the participants actively participated in the discussions and interactive games, through which they learned many new and interesting things about the sea and the way its ecosystem function. The young nature lovers showed enviable knowledge and skills in the field of marine ecology and shared information and experience with each other.
The training was held within the framework of the project BSB00432 "Environmental Education and Ocean Literacy in the Black Sea Basin", co-financed by the EU through the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin 2021-2027 program.
