This year, the Shabla Kite Festival was held under the motto "Wind - Birds - Sea". But we can summarize it in short - an extravaganza of beauty and good mood.
A team from Green Balkans participated in the event this year as well, presenting the BSB00432 EOL “Environmental and Ocean Literacy for the Black Sea” project. Painted with the colors of the kites, the seashores near Shabla gathered young and adults. And the models of the protected species of Black Sea cetaceans – the bottlenose dolphin and the harbour porpoise, which we had prepared for them, aroused a lot of curiosity and interest. It turned out that everyone learns something new about the sea from us, and we were really impressed by how many smiles this brings to people.
